Why I created this workshop

A few years ago, I was drowning in stress while building my online business. I tried every productivity hack and stress-management technique out there. But nothing quite fit. They either demanded too much time (hello, hour-long meditation sessions, which I love, but you just need a shortcut sometimes, right?) or felt too simplistic for the complex challenges we face as women business owners 40+.

After experiencing many low points driven by stress, I started searching for—and experimenting with—different ways to relieve stress that could provide a long-term solution. That’s when I discovered (or may I say, was guided to discover) mindfulness and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

Because I now know these are long-term solutions to not only release stress but create a whole new way of being, the Stress Breather Workshop Experience was born.
