After experiencing many low points driven by stress, I started searching for—and experimenting with—different ways to relieve stress that could provide a long-term solution. That’s when I discovered (or may I say, was guided to discover) mindfulness and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
Because I now know these are long-term solutions to not only release stress but create a whole new way of being, the Stress Breather Workshop Experience was born.
